Who We Are

Macdonald's Rugs & Carpets is a family - owned business, founded in 1942 by Gil Macdonald.  In 1981, we moved to the Vineyard from Pennsylvania and bought Macdonald's.  We have expanded and refined our offerings to bring you the finest assortment of floor coverings on the Island.  We travel to the national and regional floor covering shows in order to bring our customers the newest offerings from all over.  It is not necessary to travel to Boston or New York to find a great selection - it's right here!
